RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Online orders can be returned or exchanged for any reason within 30 days of purchase. Items are in a resalable condition, unworn and with tags still attached. Items must include the original shoe box in its original condition.

 

HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

To return or exchange your order, please call to our Customer Service team on 02 9954 1120. A return label will be sent to your email address. You need to print it and attach on the return pack and post to the following address:

For exchange items, we will post out the new items as soon as we receive the original products that are eligible for exchange condition. The exchange posting fee will be paid by Atlantis Shoes. Only one exchange is allowed for each order.

 

NOTES

Please allow 2 business weeks of processing time. Kindly adhere to the return instruction accordingly to ensure your requests are being processed promptly.

For items deemed subject to fair wear and tear, accidental damages or misuse, a full refund will not be provided. Atlantis Shoes has the right to assess the condition of returned goods prior to providing a full refund. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Atlantis Shoes shall be final and conclusive.
