Refund and Exchange

What is your refund/exchange policy?
We get it, sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want your money back or exchange it with a different item.
That's why Atlantis Shoes offers refund and exchange for 30 days - both for online and in-store purchases.

 

We have 3 rules of refund/exchange, item(s) must be returned:
* Within 30 days of purchase with online/printed receipt.
* Unworn and unused with the original tags still attached.
* In the original packaging which must be in the original condition. This includes shoe boxes, if applicable. 
* Return/exchange postage will be paid by the customer, if applicable.

We aim to refund you within 14 business days of receiving the returned item by way of the original payment method.
 
Are there any exclusions from the return/exchange policy?

 

 * Items on sale cannot be returned, but can be exchanged to a different product with the same or less price value. 
*For items deemed subject to fair wear and tear, accidental damages or misuse, a refund will not be provided. Atlantis Shoes has the right to assess the condition of returned goods prior to providing a full refund. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Atlantis Shoes shall be final and conclusive.
